Amaze Items was launched on September 8, 2023, with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, artisanal leather goods without the traditional long wait times associated with handcrafted products. Based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, we recognized that many customers wanted the soul of handmade items but with the speed of modern logistics.
To achieve this, we established a fulfillment model where every item in our signature collections—Animals & Characters, Everyday Essentials, Shapes & Nature, and Sweet Treats—is fully stocked at our Maryland facility. By eliminating production lead times, we can process orders quickly, which is why our cancellation window is specifically timed to match our rapid handling speed. As of April 2026, we continue to serve the Contiguous United States with a commitment to craftsmanship, speed, and absolute customer satisfaction.

The Amaze Items website is protected by a high-grade SSL certificate, guaranteeing that your personal and payment information is securely encrypted and safe from hackers. Whether you are placing an order or requesting a cancellation, you can rest assured that your sensitive data is handled with the highest industry standards of digital safety.
1. Cancellation Window
To maintain our fast delivery standards, we begin processing orders almost immediately.
- 24-Hour Window: You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
- Fair Response Guarantee: We honor the timestamp of your email. As long as your cancellation request is sent within the 24-hour window, the cancellation will be processed and a full refund issued, even if our support team responds after the window has closed.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To ensure we have a timestamped record of your request, cancellations must be submitted via email:

3. Cancellations After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour window has expired, your order has likely entered the final stages of packaging or has already been dispatched from our Maryland facility.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to intercept the package and issue a refund.
- If the order has already shipped, We are unable to cancel the order. In this instance, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return for a refund once the item has been delivered to your address.
4. Fees and Refund Methods
- No Cancellation Fees: We do not believe in penalizing our customers. We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for cancellations ($0.00).
- Refund Method: A 100% refund (including all applicable taxes and shipping costs) will be issued directly to your original payment method. We support American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
- Processing Time: While Amaze Items issues the refund immediately upon cancellation, please allow approximately 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing times.
Service Area Reminder
We ship exclusively to the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. Territories. Orders placed to restricted addresses will be canceled and refunded in full.
