Our roots are in Oakland, Maryland, where our integrated design studio, office, and warehouse are located at 5000 Thayer Center c, Oakland, MD 21550, United States. This centralized operational model allows us to maintain strict quality control over every personalized item we create and ensures we ship every order directly to our customers with meticulous care and attention.

We specialize in transforming your concepts into beautifully laser-cut realities, and our shipping process is the final, crucial step in delivering that promise.

Order Processing & Production Timeline

Due to the custom nature of our products, each order involves a careful production process.

  1. Order Placement: Once your order and personalized details are confirmed, it enters our production queue.
  2. Order Cut-off: To be processed the same business day, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
  3. Handling/Production Time: 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). This period includes the careful laser-cutting, finishing, and personalized crafting of your item, followed by quality inspection and packaging.

Shipping & Transit Details

After production, your order is handed to our trusted shipping partners.

  • Shipping Origin: All packages are shipped directly from our warehouse in Oakland, MD.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) once the package is in the carrier's system.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4-7 business days from the date of order confirmation to most locations in the USA.

Please Note: "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The total delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Transit times can be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Costs & Service

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. This reflects our commitment to providing value and ensuring your personalized decor arrives without unexpected costs.

Order Tracking & Communication

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. We recommend saving this information for your records.

Secure Checkout & Data Protection

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately. If there is any visible damage to the shipping box, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible.

For Damaged or Defective Items: If your personalized decor item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You must initiate a return authorization and provide photos of the damage via WhatsApp or email to support@amazeitems.com to receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

  • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Return Authorization: All returns require prior approval. Contact our team to initiate a return.
  • Return Shipping Address: Approved returns should be sent to our warehouse at 5000 Thayer Center c, Oakland, MD 21550.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective, change-of-mind returns.
    • Amaze Items will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or was damaged in transit (with provided photo evidence).
  • Refunds: Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the item.
