📦 Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 Business Days across all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain)
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, sale seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

💵 Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders across the UAE.
  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery for a smooth experience.

🚚 Order Processing

  1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call or message.
  2. Your order will be packed and handed over to our delivery partner within 24 hours.
  3. You will be notified once your order is out for delivery.

📍 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all 7 Emirates within the UAE. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

❗ Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery agent is unable to reach you:

  • We will attempt to contact you via phone or WhatsApp.
  • If unreachable, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled.
  • After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned and cancelled.
