This shipping policy outlines our processes, timelines, and commitments to ensure complete transparency from our warehouse to your wall.

All Amaze Items orders are processed, packaged, and shipped exclusively from our dedicated facility:

Operating from our own location allows us to maintain strict quality control over every shipment and ensure your art is handled with the utmost care from the moment it is selected to the moment it departs.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- Order Processing: We process and prepare orders for shipment on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).
- Same-Day Processing Cut-Off: To have your order enter our handling process on the same day, it must be placed by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST, GMT-06:00). Orders received after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Timelines & Shipping Methods
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders to addresses within the continental United States.
Your total delivery time is comprised of two parts:
- Handling Time: 1-2 business days. This is the time we take to carefully pick, inspect, and package your metal wall art for its journey.
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days. This is the carrier's delivery time once the package has been picked up from our warehouse.
Total Estimated Delivery: For most destinations in the USA, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that "business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. You can also view this information by logging into your account on our website.
Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Our metal wall art is packaged with protective materials to ensure safe transit. If you notice any significant damage to the exterior of the shipping box, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt (if possible) and contact our support team at support@amazeitems.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
Please note that our shipping policy is separate from our return policy. Key details regarding returns are provided here for clarity, but full details are available on our dedicated Returns & Refunds Policy page.
- Return Shipping: For returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return address upon authorization.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If an item is defective or arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our support team immediately to arrange this.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be approved by our support team before the item is mailed back. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse cannot be accepted.
- Refund for Original Shipping: As we offer free standard shipping, the original "shipping cost" is not itemized on refunds for non-defective returns.
