To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that items returned damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns are handled exclusively by mail. To start the process, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label (for defective items) or instructions on where to send your package.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for our leather stationery, wallets, and accessories. Once we receive and inspect your original item, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Maryland facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
