Amaze Items officially launched on September 8, 2023, with a mission to bring high-quality, artisanal leather products to the modern market without the traditional delays of handmade goods. Based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, we recognized that customers wanted the soul of handcrafted items but with the speed of contemporary retail.

To solve this, we established a fulfillment center where our curated collections—Animals & Characters, Everyday Essentials, Shapes & Nature, and Sweet Treats—are fully stocked and ready for immediate dispatch. By eliminating production lead times, we have been able to serve the Contiguous United States with unprecedented speed. As of April 2026, we remain committed to our Maryland roots, ensuring that every customer experience is as refined and durable as the leather we work with.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request an exchange. This period allows you to inspect your handcrafted item and ensure it perfectly fits your needs.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

For Defective/Incorrect Items: We offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately, and we will ship the replacement at no additional cost once the original item is verified.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, Amaze Items covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  • For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong color, or the style isn't what you expected, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

5. Restocking Fees

We believe in fair service. Amaze Items does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

All returns must be handled by mail. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@amazeitems.com with your order number.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Please note that we ship exclusively to the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. Territories.
