This Return & Refund Policy details our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds, reflecting our ongoing dedication to your complete satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the date you received your shipment. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same new condition in which you received it.

Crucial First Step: All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer support team. Please do not mail your return to our warehouse without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.

Please have your order number and details about the reason for your return ready. Our team will guide you through the simple authorization process and provide the necessary instructions and return address.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns based on change of mind or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Our support team will provide a prepaid return shipping label or an alternative solution.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing Time: Once your authorized return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will then be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.
  • Original Shipping Costs: As we offer free standard shipping on all orders, no separate "shipping cost" will be refunded for non-defective returns.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different item of equal or greater value. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team. You will be responsible for any price difference, as well as return and re-shipping costs for non-defective exchanges. For defective items exchanged for the same product, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not returned within the 30-day window.
  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items not in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns sent without a prior authorization and RA number from our support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your metal wall art arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery is preferred). We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund and cover all related shipping costs. Providing photos of the damaged product and packaging is extremely helpful for our quality control and expedites the resolution.
