3. Products and Orders
Products: We sell new, high-quality metal wall art. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Order Processing:
- Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) for same-day processing.
- Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Shipping & Delivery: We ship directly from our USA warehouse via third-party carriers. Transit time is 3-6 business days. Total estimated delivery time to all US destinations is 4-8 business days from order processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax.

- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged upon arrival. Original shipping is free.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible items.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
