To solve this, we established a state-of-the-art facility in Maryland where we maintain a 100% ready-to-ship inventory. Since our inception, we have curated four distinct collections—Animals & Characters, Everyday Essentials, Shapes & Nature, and Sweet Treats—each designed to bring artisanal quality into daily life. As of April 2026, we continue to grow as a trusted Maryland-based business, dedicated to serving our community with integrity and craftsmanship.

  • Timeline: Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit time is 3–5 business days, with a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund within 24 hours of placement.
  • Returns: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Return Shipping: Amaze Items covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For customer remorse, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
