Established in October 2023, Amaze Items began with a foundational mission to provide quality products to our community. Over the past two years, we have remained steadfast in our dedication to refining our catalog and sourcing better deals for our valued clients.

In December 2025, we reached a significant milestone by expanding our operations with a revamped store experience, purposefully designed to better serve our growing customer base. Today, we continue to operate from our private design studio in Oakland, Maryland, specializing in Baby & Nursery items, Cake Toppers & Party Decor, Ornaments & Keepsakes, and Wedding & Event Signage. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Handling Time: Because our items are custom-crafted, please allow 3 to 4 business days (Monday – Friday) for design and production.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Transit: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • Total Delivery Window: You can expect your order within 6 to 11 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States with no minimum purchase required.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.

  • Non-Personalized Items: Eligible for return if unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (No restocking fee).
  • Personalized Items: Due to their custom nature, these items are Final Sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives defective, Amaze Items will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid label.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
